It’s unfortunate that you were not satisfied with the service you ordered. My intake form has multiple service options which you choose the “Digital Booth” option. After talking to you and understanding that it was out of your budget I then offered you my “Roaming Booth” option which is another type of PHOTO BOOTH. You never once said anything about wanting PHOTOGRAPHY service even after I texted you to confirm that the roaming booth is what you were paying for. My photo booth service I use a basic web camera that can take photos, GIFs and boomerangs, my photography service I use a professional camera and photo editing software that allows my to produce high quality pictures (please, look at my gallery to determine if i can’t take good pictures). You were treating my Photo booth as if it was my photography service, so yes your results will definitely be unsatisfying. To the future clients that read this please pay attention to what you are filling out and read what I send you when confirming your service. I can only do what has been communicated to me, but I will always provide to you what you ask and pay for. Thank You.

This was a last minute add on to our party and Xavier made everything happen in a short period of time. He showed up and was set up before our party started. He helped the guest throughout the night with taking photos and Boomerangs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All booking that are 3+ hours will be discounted $25 per hour
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you express your interest we will send you an intake form and a link to the various packages we offer, that way we can understand exactly what you want (we can always customize a package) and you select what you want. Then we will send you a proposal of your page with the pricing broken down(very affordable and willing to work with you). At that time you will have the option to make a deposit. Once the deposit is made we will mark you in the schedule, its as simple as 123
