I do professional piano tuning Mondays - Saturday
Most pianos are $75. to tune. I normally don't charge for minor repairs. Major repairs I price by the hour. I have 40+ years of tuning and rebuilding in the DFW area. References are available. Thanks, Gary

Gary was on time, personable and tuned my Steinway the best that it has ever been tuned. Great price and totally professional. Tom Richards

I am a professional pianist and musician and a graduate of Oberlin Conservatory and SMU School of music and have performed all over the usa! I just bought a small vintage Baldwin Acrosonic spinet piano for my apartment and after Gary tuned and adjusted it for a minimal fee, it now sounds fabulous! I am very pleased and with my trained ear I am very fussy! Do not hesitate calling Gary as I found out he has had life long experience with all the major pianos and you will be satisfied with his interest, care and professionalism!

I called Gary to tune a used piano I bought. He came the same day and did a terrific job! He was very professional and knowledable about his work. Next time I need work done to my piano I will be calling him again!

I bought a used grand piano that hadn't been tuned for years. After talking to many piano technicians posted on Craigslist I chose Gary because he sounded very knowledgeable and honest, and his fee was very reasonable. After tuning the piano he did not charge me extra for adjusting the hammers, dampers, and pedals. My piano now sounds great I highly recommend Gary for your piano work.

Question and answer
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Experience is the best teacher when it comes to tuning pianos...the more the better! Also, no "tuning machine" is as good as an experienced piano tuner's "ear".
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. My piano tuning and technician experience goes back 4+ generations. I'm semi-retired and only tune 1-2 pianos per day to give my clients my best effort. Satisfaction guaranteed!
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. A good tuning will transform a "tinty/saloon" sounding piano into a rich sounding musical instrument. For me the fun part is to have my customer hear their piano sound like the manufacturer intended for it to sound...maybe for the first time!
