A. If you are looking for quality body work, look for someone who has credentials in what you need, and has been working in their field for at least five years.
A. Be specific about your needs when you are booking an appointment, and don't be afraid to speak up during a session if the work is too soft or too deep. Feedback makes your experience better, and gives the therapist the guidance they need to provide great bodywork. We aren't mind readers!

A. Are they serious about keeping their appointment? Are they willing to pay $30 in advance through paypal as a deposit for their appointment time?
