We only teach adults, we do not teach kids, and we mainly teach self-defense. We combine several different martial arts styles and pick and choose the best from each regarding what we teach.
Our goal is to teach adults how to quickly defend themselves, versus other schools that believe it should take years for a student to do that.
We are located in the Lake Highlands area of Dallas.
