After receiving several quotes I went on Thumbtack and found Pristine Pool Service. I called and spoke to Derrick. He came out that day and traced the problem we were having with our pool pump. He diagnosed the problem, went into detail explaining the problem to me. We made a repair plan and he quoted me. He came in lower than my current pool supply company. I went with Derrick and he was there the next day with the materials need to get the pump running again. I also asked for in addition to the pump repair other things that I've been wanting to get done. He got those fixed in no time. I was so impressed with Derricks work that I hired his Pristine Pool Service to start doing my pool cleaning service then and there. Thank you Derrick for taking care of this for me without any stress.!!!

I found Pristine Pool Services on Thumbtack and decided to try them after looking at reviews. I was very happy when Derick came out and took a few minutes to listen to my description of the problem which was related to a leaking filter. He told me that the base of my filter needed replacement and he would find one so I wouldn’t need to replace the entire filter. This saved me hundreds without sacrificing any performance or efficiency. It took a few days to source the base. Derick came out and installed it. Now I am up and running. I will certainly call Pristine for all pool services in the future.
