Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Seek a tax professional that has the credentials as an Enrolled Agent (EA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Attorney to properly represent you before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) or state taxing agency.
