Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Our most common types of work include tree removals and tree pruning. We are known for pruning trees in a way that will bring out their natural beauty and not ruin their health.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. You need to make sure they are well qualified. They should be insured so you will be covered incase they cause any damage to you or your property. Make sure they can show proof. Some say they are but end up not having insurance that include tree work

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We offer very reasonable prices to customers and offer the best quality work available in the industry. We know this because the owner has worked for other companies in the past and knows the industry well. We understand that being honest and fair with our customers will get us further than kissing up to them and charging them based on how rich they are. This creates a win win situation. That is why we have customers who have left other companies for us. Not to say that those companies are not qualified or good at what they do, but they like how we treat them and notice the difference in price and similarity in the quality service we provide.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. What we love more about our job is that every job is different. We are not stuck in one place everyday for eight hours straight. The best part is that you get to be outdoors and you are not stuck in the office all day. You are able to meet different people from different areas and all walks of life. Sometimes your customers become some of your very good friends. Although it is a very dangerous job, we love that it is very hands on and keeps you active physically.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. The questions they most commonly ask us include:

Are you Insured?If so, can you show proof?
We then let them know that we are and show them proof with a certificate of insurance sent to them by our insurance agency.

Are you a Certified Arborist?
I Raul Sanchez Jr. let them know that I am and show them proof of that as well.

For how long have you guys been doing this?
We reply by letting them know that we have worked with trees for more than 20 years.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. The owner has had a passion for outside work for a very long time. He has dominated the art of tree pruning and removal ever since his father got killed while working on trees.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Yes. Every three years we have to renew our certification. We can only do that by gaining points when we take special classes, seminars, or read material and take tests. These are all offered by the International Society of Arboriculture.
