Quick response time, fair estimate, 110% commitment to getting job done right. I needed drivers installed for Internet connectivity for an older Dell, plus networking for that desktop and two laptops within my home and a data backup solution. John gave a flat rate price and came to my house not once, but twice to put everything together. Exellence customer service and diagnostic capability. Will definitely refer to friends and use again as needed.
