Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Simply put, anything less than perfection is not an option. Being a very detail oriented person, my dedication to performing at a high level, leads me to deliver in quality for my customers in a way that is very hard to replicate by most other window cleaners.

A. A job well done. So basically all the work I perform.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. What is the price?

My answer varies from job to job, as there are many different factors that enter into the equation. It all comes down to trying to estimate how long it will take me to get each particular window area clean. And that depends on how dirty they are to begin with, as well as the window size, and if I need a ladder to reach them. Also what additional cleaning supplies and methods will be required to complete the job, including but not limited to removing any loose or baked in dirt from the tracks and frames, and cleaning any screens that may be present. As well as the extra time that may be needed to remove any stubborn debris from the glass itself.

In most cases I usually end up giving a lot of extra time for free to the customer since I like to go above and beyond in delivering results. And I also never rush a job to make extra money by cutting corners, or to get on to another job. You are priority number one to me. And I treat you as such. In the past, you may have felt you were satisfied enough with the job another window cleaning company may have done, but I am here to tell you, there are little things that can be done to achieve even better results, and I aim to reach that higher level.
