Introduction: Feeling overly worked, stressed or tired? Let the workout come to you! I teach many different styles of fitness including vinyasa yoga, yin & restorative, yoga with weights, and TRX & HIIT training. I have all of the equipment and can make exercise fun! Get a group together and we can do circuit training with a yoga intro and cool down. So many options! I love working with new and seasoned fitness practitioners and can tailor a class to suit your needs. The effects of yoga & exercise are life-changing but the process can also be fun. Let me know what you want to accomplish and we can make it happen!

Devon was amazing! Our yoga by the pool was the perfect addition to our bachelorette trip. She did fun partner poses, a Playlist with thr brides fav songs and was such great energy. We all want to do more yoga now. Highly recommend!
