I had the pleasure of attending a private yoga class led by Telley and it was a truly enlightening experience. Telley's expertise in yoga is evident from the moment the class begins. You can tell she is committed to creating a holistic experience. She incorporated elements of mindfulness and meditation that enriched the physical practice and connected both body and mind. I would definitely hire her or attend another one of her classes again.

Telleyana with Soul Serenity Yoga was amazing! She led a class for my church and everyone raved about it. She was not only knowledgeable and poised, but had a very open and loving spirit about her! She was mindful of all the different fitness levels and was prepared with modifications if they were needed. This was a great experience, and we definitely plan on doing it again!
