A. Just review their latest work and ask how many revisions they'll provide.
A. You get what you pay for. The more spent for the graphics work, the better they'll turn out! Small budgets will mean little or no research into the customer's market, less versions of the collateral, less revisions, and overall less time spent creating a beautiful product.
