Introduction: My name is Amy Wolf, I am the owner of Wolfs Fitness & Nutrition. I have been a certified personal trainer for over a decade and hold additional certifications in senior fitness as well as sports nutrition. I have worked with a variety of clients over the years ranging from 9-74 years old with various goals and physical limitations. I understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and oftentimes fails when done alone. My goal is to change your view on fitness,so that it becomes a part of who you are and your lifestyle. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle. I offer a couple different training options. The first one being in a new semi private apartment gym in south Denton. The other being I travel to clients homes with equipment or utilize clients home gyms. Prices do vary depending on which training option you prefer.
