My standard pricing is 6% of the monthly rent or $100.00, whichever is more cost effective for the home investor.

Simply complete a form with the necessary information that would be included on a Residential Property Management Agreement.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am license real estate sales agent with a Texas Residential leasing Specialist certification.
