I have known Byron Proctor for several years. He is a very honest, hard working and dependable person. Although I live over 200 miles from Desoto, I would not hesitate to have him come to my home town to work on my home. I have been around him when he has been working on projects in the Dallas area and have seen him leave a function to go to a project of his to make sure everything was in order.

Proctor Reno has performed several small order jobs for our family, including roofing, flooring, and HVAC repairs. We have been thoroughly pleased with the services received from all the guys. A. Roofing
Painting (interior and exterior)

We also do interior demolition and add-ons. Let us know what you'd like to have done at your home and we'll get it done for you at the lowest possible price.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Make sure the company you hired is licensed and insured and has references that can confirm the good work done by the company. There are a lot of "fly by night" companies out there that charge a lot for low quality work. Be careful about who you let do work around your home. Proctor Renovation and Construction has great customer references.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. Proctor Renovation and Construction takes pride in our work. We work hard to create good business relationships with our customers. We aren't a large company where your business isn't appreciated, we show our appreciation by making sure our customers are satisfied and would like to use us again in the future or refer us to their friends.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. We truely enjoy seeing the transformation of a job from start to finish; seeing a kitchen transformed from a less up to date kitchen to a more modern kitchen with new counter tops, floors or appliances. We also love the satisfaction of finishing a job knowing our customer is happy.

A. Customers would like to know if we are is licensed and insured. Our answer is YES. All employees and contractors are licensed and insured.
