The whole staff was nice a d professional. Room, tickets etc were all on point and they made sure we had an AWESOME time. Other reviews about the website are true, but Cathy was always right there to help! They are a small business so glitches happen from time to time

You cant help but to have an awesome time in New Orleans during the Essence Festival!! My agent,Cathy, was pleasant!! But, I cant say the same about my Hotel Host. The Boat Cruise and White Party could have both been better. My hotel was prime real estate (Astor Crowne Plaza). However, if I was to go back, I would book my trip myself.
