Lance was great, I will definitely be hiring him again. He was available when I needed him and came out the next day. He did a great job repairing and finishing my deck.

Lance did a great job replacing my home siding. He arrived on time on the scheduled date and worked quickly to complete the project. Once he finished he had me walkthrough the work to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend him for your projects.

Lance did a 6-foot privacy fence repair for us as well as building a small garden fence around our garden. He was very quick to respond and was able to come out for an estimate very quickly. He offered the estimate on-site and the only change in the cost was one extra 4x4 needed for the garden fence, totally reasonable. He was able to get the job done very quickly and his staff was on-time, friendly, and even very accommodating to our dogs that were in their work space from time to time.
Highly recommend Lance for any project!

Would highly recommend UpBuild TX. Lance was friendly, professional and such a craftsman. He built a cubby under the stairs for us and it turned out phenomenal! We have some more projects in the future we would like done to the house and are definitely hiring Lance and his team again to help us out. Thanks Lance!
