At Capital City Roofing LLC, honesty, quality workmanship, excellent customer service, and referrals are the most important goals of our business. We use only the best products, and deliver the highest-quality roof systems available, at an honest price. Our keen eye for details and our expertise in problem solving surpass many other roofing companies.

To the untrained eye, roof damage is difficult to detect, and roof damage cannot typically be seen from the ground. Our experienced team will inspect all areas damaged, and take honest pictures of our findings for our customers to see and approve.

We will provide you with a free, no-obligation, honest assessment of your roof. Even moderate-sized hail can cause severe damage to your shingles due to wind speeds behind it, causing granular loss and/or cracking of underlying membrane.

If your roof has sustained damage from storm-related causes, then your homeowners insurance company is responsible for the cost of replacing your roof.

We will meet your insurance adjuster at your home and navigate the murky waters of storm damage negotiations to make sure that all damage to your home (not just your roof) is identified, and enough funds are made available to properly restore your home to pre-loss condition, which allows you to receive the kind of quality repair and replacement you deserve.

The services we provide are the following:

* Shingle roofs
* Modified flat roofs
* Metal roofs
* Tile roofs
* Commercial TPO flat roofs
* Attic ventilation
* Siding, paint and trim
* Gutters and downspouts
* Free inspections and estimates
* Ten-year workmanship warranty

At Capital City Roofing LLC, we want to be the roofing company you can trust and depend on. Your satisfaction is our commitment.

We are a proud member of the Better Business Bureau, with zero complaints from our customers on our service.

Please give us a call to arrange a meeting with one of our qualified professionals.

    Easy to work with. Charlie is fantastic. Honest and straight forward, Capital City Roofing, LLC is a solid bunch of guys. They worked with my insurance instead of against. Charlie took the time to explain everything to me from the start and kept in contact with me through out the process. I could easily have been lost in what to do next or how to move forward...not with these guys.

    I highly recommend this crew and this company.

Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Storm related damages, hail damage, wind damage and roof leaks due to storms or just aged roofs that need to be replaced.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Most people feel they need an estimate for a insurance claim on their damages. It doesn't benefit you to shop around for the cheapest bid. The insurance company would be motivated to pay the lowest amount. Look for a reputable contractor that offers the best service and warranty. Once you have chosen your contractor, simply tell your insurance company you've selected a reputable contractor, and let them work out the pricing to complete the best possible job. Note that it is illegal to submit a higher claim, hire a cheaper contractor, and pocket the difference. You want all damage identified, paid for by your insurance company and repaired by high quality workers.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We take the extra steps to ensure we meet our customers needs.
We take pictures of all damages and share it with our customers and explain our findings.
We take extra steps in our installs to make sure our customers have no future problems with their roof.
We have someone on site over seeing the install from start to finish.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Meeting new people, helping them with their needs and making new friends.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Will the insurance company go up on my rates if I file a claim?
An insurance company cannot raise your rates for filing a storm damage claim. They have to raise the rates by zip code, which means that if rates go up, they will do so whether you file a claim or not.

Q. Write your own question and answer it.

A. If I have damage to my roof due to a storm, how soon should I have it inspected?
You only have a limited time to file an insurance claim for this type of damage. It doesn't matter if your roof was recently replaced due to a storm. It will need to be done again. Also, don't assume another hailstorm or wind storm will occur before your roof begins to leak, this is normally not the case. Insurance will not cover any future damage caused by a leaking roof that you neglect to repair.

Q. Write your own question and answer it.

A. Can near by fires damage my roof ?
Forest fires or nearby home fires can cause concern for property owners because of possible damage to roofing materials. Exposure to indirect fire or excessive heat can damage roofing materials and severely affect their long term performance.

Q. Write your own question and answer it.

A. What type of damage can occur due to fire exposure ?
Damage from excessive heat, including an indirect fire is usually evident in the condition of the exposed roofing material and includes:
* Running asphalt
* Distortion in the top coating of the shingle
* Blistering due to heat or burning embers
* Singed shingles
In addition, damage to the underlying deck or substrate can occur. This type of damage includes deck distortion, deck deflection, deck movement or other structural damage.
