- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 5% discount for military, first responders and seniors. We also offer cash discount just ask. We accept all major credit cards with a 4% transaction fee. Personal checks accepted. We can also accept Zelle, Cash app and apple pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you wish to have a quote over the phone, you can send us pictures or video of plumbing problem. If we are unable to quote over the phone we will require a house visit. Estimates are $30 although will be waived if we are awarded the job. If we have to perform any type of work during the visit, we do charge a service call of $95.00.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a 3rd generation plumber my family has been in the plumbing business since the 1950's and I have over 20 years experience. I have a Master Plumber License here in the State of Texas.
