I've used RWF one day on a referal from a friend and couldn't be happier with finding him. One of my properties had been estimated by two other nationwide companies and RWF was my third company to provide an estimate. RWF's owner, Bob, was great at explaining what the problem was and even better at providing option the other guys never would have shared. Perhaps it was because the options saved me hundreds of dollars. Bob has my business because he took the time to take care of me and my budget. As if it wasn't enough to have an honest guy as a supplier, he invented "CopperWatcher" AC theft protection and it's the best thing going to protect your equipment. Check it out.

    Make sure that they have a state license and EPA certified, trucks of vans should display the state license#. Avoid non licensed contractors they may not be around long enough to fix the problems they create. If you can't afford to fix it right the first time how will you afford to fix it right the second time?
