- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a commission only business and paid by hotels, resorts, and tours with no cost to you! When we book something on your behalf that is how we get paid. In some situations, we may charge a planning fee for more complex trip planning services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to talk to people about travel! We will typically ask for an email address to connect for the purpose of reviewing travel proposals. Then we would set up a time to briefly chat on the phone to make sure we have the details of your trip and make sure we're the right fit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a husband & wife team and are lifetime travelers. We continually learn and attend trainings in the travel industry to stay on top of changing rules and trends.
