Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Yes, how did my trainer look, and what do they look like now. A trainer should practice what they preach! Live and breathe fitness. The best inside secret is, if they can’t change there own life and body, how then can they change somebody else’s.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. We need to know detailed medical history, Medications a client is currently taking and also medications they were previously on. A detailed list of any food allergies, and most importantly a list of the reasons for coming in! GOALS!!!
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I treat personal training like a profession. I take my clients goals and results extremely serious. From a whole food/organic nutritional regimen, structured training routines, motivation, weekly goals, long term goals to weekly accountability. We do it all! You have to in order to get the desired results for your clients.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I love the fact that everyday I step through our studio doors, I’m apart of changing someone’s life for the best! I feel fortunate enough to be able to give to people my passion and love for a healthy lifestyle.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. I’ve tried every diet and workout video out there and I still can’t lose any weight, I think it’s genetic!
I say: It’s not necessarily in your genes, but the bad habits your parents had were passed down to you! You can change, are you ready?

A. Too many!!! You’d have to join and be a client to hear!
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. I wish customers truly knew how much I and my trainers at Jesse James Fit love helping people be better healthier human beings! The satisfaction when a client hits a goal and cries. Knowing you were apart of that doesn’t have a price! I Love my job and career!
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. When I realized how good I felt when I changed my own body. I knew immediately, that I wanted to do the same for others.
Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.
A. We recently helped a client lose 30 pounds and get off 4 medications.
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. Yes. All of our trainers here at Jesse James Fit continually pursue different courses in order to stay on top of current trends and research in order to help our clients reach full potential.
Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?
A. I personally feel that family fitness and training programs will be on the rise in the near future! We will soon see that by training our kids at an early age that we can avoid obesity and different levels of childhood and adult depression.
Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.
A. We recently completed a renovation to our studio. We added $60k worth of fitness & cardio equipment, a new website and also training and scheduling software. This was all done so that our trainers have the best environment to get our clients there optimal results.

A. Pricing will vary on packages. We have too many to go into, and that is sometimes best done in a consult. But in short our pricing will run from $45 per session to $200 per session for professional athlete training programs.
