- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My Dad was a Chef for 25 years and it was almost a daily occurrence for our family to gather in the kitchen and cook our meals together. This is when I knew this is what I wanted to do, my Passion for preparing food has only grown because there is more opportunity now to be more creative.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask if they use prepackaged food products. Be sure ask upfront and have them detail out all fees, so when the final bill is issued you are not left questioning any fees that were not discussed.
