Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. We're problem solvers, we love to help our customers resolve their technology problems and in many cases get their business back to production.

A. I have anti-virus program, how did I get a virus? While anti-virus programs are necessary, they are just one element of a comprensive approach to safe and secure computing. There is big money in identity theft and fraud, an anti-virus alone is an incomplete defense.
Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. A man took his 1-year old computer to a big box computer repair center because he had a virus. They told him the virus couldn't be removed and his data was gone. He came to Your Help Desk and we removed the virus and rescued his data which we burned to DVD for a backup.

A. Technology expertise takes time, money and effort to develop. Exceptional customer service is one of the rarest commodities on the planet. At Your Help Desk, we deliver both and we're happy to do it!
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. Technology fascinates everyone on our team and we saw a niche that wasn't being serviced. Combining what we love with what was needed was a win/win for Your Help Desk.

A. We replaced a stale website with challenging navigation with a contemporary site that demonstates industry usability standards. The client saw a 400% increase in traffic and sales.

A. Yes, technology is always evolving.
Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?
