Israel and his crew are very professional. Israel made sure on our requirements and was laser focused on the project. Israel completed our brick/stone work with precision and accuracy. Israel and his team are very honest, quality of work was neat and completed in time. Their price and quality can beat anyone I have worked so far. They wrapped up the work with very neat and clean looking front yard. It really raised the look of my house! I really appreciate their work; specially Israel. Israel was FANTASTIC! His work was neat and he adds visual touches to make your project visually appealing. I would recommend him for any concrete and landscaping job! He extended my patio and replaced the grass with turf. He allowed me to select my turd from his samples.

I am delighted with the work done by Isreal and his crew. The deck they are constructing for us is going to last 100 years. They go above and beyond to ensure it is not only beautiful but engineered expertly. I have already asked for bids for more work to be done because I know it will be well worth the cost. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always prefer a in site visit to know all details about the place that need the service. That allows me to be precise with price based on the real needs. As I have a base price for concrete slabs I always state that increase can be needed if there is extra work that needs to be done such as re located sprinklers heads or valves, leveling, etc. Same happens with similar services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-Getting the estimate -Contract signed with scope of work included -Draws of payments specifically for work performed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-Irrigación course -Concrete workshop -Landscaping Workshop -Courses for leve rock by the company I worked for 9 years -OSHA
