About
Our work stands out because of our team. The Supreme Painting team all have completed extensive and ongoing training, and it shows. Lets face it, most paint jobs look good the day its finished because of the difference, but where Supreme Painting stands out the most from other companies is 2,4,6 or even 10 years down the road. The final result. After 28 years, I am still amazed at the transformation of the space. To go from a "Ho Hum" room to a "WOW" send goose bumps up and down my spine. I LOVE my job.

I have used this company for years. They have never let me down. Currently I am enjoying custom wall finishes in several rooms. When I had my front exterior door painted, all of my neighbors wanted the look that Dalton and his Supreme Painting crew accomplished. They leave your home beautiful, and you will never find paint spatter anywhere.

Make sure you document everything that is agreed. The owner will leave a lot of work out. I hired them to paint entire rooms and they left out all the trim, doors and base boards. I needed to hire painters to come in afterwards and do what owner left out. Get everything in writing and do not sign proposal unless every detail is captured.
Supreme Painting's reply
We would never intentionally turn down work that you wanted done. There obviously was a breakdown in communication. That is the number 1 reason for the written agreement. We always put the work to be performed in writing so everyone involved will be on the same page. When you get the written agreement, please review it to make sure everything you are wanting done is outlined in the agreement. I am very sorry for the miscommunication.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Getting a correct estimate over the phone or via email is impossible. Painters who will give you a quote over the phone or via email without meeting you or visiting your property should be avoided. This is very unprofessional. We do not give estimates over the phone. There are too many variables to simply give an accurate quote. We will meet you in person, ask you specific questions to gain a full understanding of your painting and wall covering needs and then provide you with a written detailed estimate including our detailed preparation and painting procedure for a typical home. We provide each homeowner we meet with our written step-by-step processes and this allows them to easily understand the cost of painting their home and to compare on an apples-to-apples basis our proposal with another proposal. Unfortunately, many people believe that you can hire any painting contractor and get the same result. Maybe that is why more than 33% of the ones that were in business when the economy was booming 5 years ago are long gone.
