Chef Niko is absolutely phenomenal! He created a custom menu specific to our event and blew us away with the creativity and flavors he used. I told him I do not eat pork and mostly prefer seafood so he curated our entire menu down to the dessert to compliment everything. Everything was so fresh and delicious. I was also completely blown away by the compound curry butter he made so he left me some to cook with at home. He showed up on time, prepped, then served the meals to us on his beautiful plates. He even cleaned up for us afterwards. We could not have picked a better host for our 3 year anniversary. We really cannot wait to have Niko cook for us again. He has a great personality, extraordinary culinary skills, and impressive display - what more could you ask for!? Fine dining in the comfort of your own home is an experience everyone should try ! I can’t say enough about the spectacular breakfast that Chef Niko prepared. The menu selection and taste were amazing! Crepes with Texas peaches, corn and poblano fritters and shrimp with chorizo over grit cakes. On a scale from 1-10, it was 100! Chef Niko was professional but approachable, fun with great conversation. Already thinking about the next time I can book him. Thank you for making my mom’s 80th birthday so special.

We hired Chef Niko to make us a romantic dinner for my husband’s birthday. It was served at the balcony around sunset and was so romantic and my husband looooved this birthday surprise. Chef Niko was excellent! The food was outstanding. We chose a 5 course menu and chef Niko amazed us with how good his food was! I would recommend him to anyone. Will definitely contact him for future occasions.

We asked Chef Niko to come out for my dad's 60th birthday. Planning was easy and he was very receptive to our ideas and taste. He gave us a lovely experience that we will never forget. The food was delicious start to finish and the menu was thoughtful and creative. The review I got from the birthday boy was that it was the best birthday he's ever had and even asked if we could book Chef Niko for his retirement party next year. Needless to say, we would definitely work with Chef Niko again!

Chef Niko was Awesome! This was our first time using a private chef and he made the experience memorable! He was very responsive from the start. He created a menu of multiple items for me to choose from. The price is great for quality and quantity of the food. I could tell everyrhing was made from scratch!Highly recommended for all of your future events!
