Jack and Johnny did a very good job on our plumbing repair ! We hope to get them back soon for some more work but I think we might need to clone them , as they are booked up because they do such nice work.

No all jobs are a by bid only. Unless you are requesting a recurring service such as maintenance on a property.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We call to set up a free bid, and if we agree on a price than we set up a time for project completion. We don't break up your work we stay and finish the job unless customers ask us to.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20+ years in the remodeling business. I am a tradesman electrician and plumber. I have built full houses and still find time to do minor repairs. We don't do many full homes anymore buy will do what the job requires.
