And, I have to admit, I was nervous about contracting a roofing company to re-roof my home. Every time a storm rolls through the metroplex, in the weeks that follow, you hear the stories.
But in my case, I was on a deadline. I had to get my old house re-roofed, and in only a few days, or I'd miss out on selling my home, and still be carrying two mortgages until I had another buyer.
I contacted Accurate Roofing Systems. David was able to get guys out to my house, and get it re-roofed in under 48 hours from my call. That is exactly what I needed.
I was also very, very happy that they wanted the check, AFTER the job was done. This completely erased my fears about being one of the guys you hear about on the news that gets ripped off by shady contractors.
His crew was very fast, and very competent. They were able to deal with the solar panels I had on the roof, and get them back in place once the new roof was installed. They also did a really god job of cleaning up the work area. I did not see any trash left on the property at all.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. We are a family owned and operated company.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. Living in Texas you know how rowdy our weather can be. One minute we're at 90 degrees or so and within five minutes we're under a tornado watch with storms approaching where we live. We've seen storm outflow bursts being clocked in excess of 85 miles per hour and we know what these types of winds can do to our homes.
We've all seen what else these storms can bring- hail ranging in size from "pea size" to "tennis ball"" size and within moments our homes roofs are demolished in the blink of an eye.
