I'd call these guy's if you like dead grass, a lumpy lawn and crappy service....... They never returned phone calls. At the start of this process they are full of excuse's. It's raining in Oklahoma, Houston & Iceland, All the places they get their grass from..... Never knew it rained so much....... The grass is just about all dead now and they won't return our calls. The owner even asked that we don't bother calling him again. A smart man would hire another company. Well, that's unless you're into unfulfilled promise's, Lies and dead grass. Word is spreading like the weeds in our grass. That's the only thing that grows.

Owner David, VERY rude. They were late so I had to call. The guys got here and I explained what I wanted done. I wanted 3 trees done, I wanted the dead branches removed and the trees lightened up/trimmed so that some like would shine through them to our swimming pool. The guys said they understood and I went inside to my kids. When I returned I was horrified!! They butchered my trees! They cut most of the branches that faces the pool so my trees were full everywhere else except this huge "hole" - I told the guys that I was very upset, they guy said that he really didn't understand what I wanted, but yet never asked. He said he felt bad and would check his scheduled and try to come back in a day or so to try and fix. I told him that I would call the ower and informed and took pictures. I called David straight away - he said that he would come by the next morning and call me after. I didn't hear from him to I call him, he greeted me by yelling at me asking WHY I didn't sign the contract that his employee informed him that I refused. I explained that I was NEVER asked to sign anything and went over my communication with his employee again. He said that I refused to sign at the beginning before the work was done - IF i refused why would his employee do the work?? He also told me that I should have stayed outside with his employees like everyone else does - and what babysit his employees, I thought they were professional??? I never asked him for a refund - I told him that I would chalk it as "lesson learn" but just wanted to make him aware of this problem. I finially told him that I was not going to take his yelling and rudeness anymore and that I would contact the BBB which to my surprise no one has reported him to. Well, now someone has and I ask that everyone else that has had an issue with him does. I reported him to GROUPON, where I purchased their service and they refunded my money and were going to look into it. I also noticed that they are on other "coupon" services - BEWARE of this company!!

Rude Owner, snarky attitude, didn't show for appointment, then instead of being nice, laughed, said we were not scheduled, then got MAD when I simply stated we would use someone else, and hung up. Then, he called back, and left a threatening message on my phone. I have that message saved. Very unprofessional. Would NEVER use.

I never have had a tree service before and David was there to assist me, he looked at the trees and gave me a quote; they worked fast and clean, he even tied up some cables the branches have losen up from the house...I will be calling them next time, that's for sure!!

This company was offered on Amazon Local Deals, and I called because I needed a lot of brush/tree limbs cleaned up in the alley, preventing me from accessing my garage. I asked David for a ballpark figure for the cleanup and he told me to send him a picture via text message, which I strongly believe is a great way of doing business in this techno-world! He quoted me a great price, arrived before he was scheduled to and did a fantastic job cleaning up the giant mess I had in front of my garage! You better believe I'll be contacting David again next time I need any landscaping work done!

WOW.....we are very, very impressed with At Your Request Landscaping! The guys were right on time for our appointment and ready to go. We discussed what we'd like accomplished and they began immediately. Their power tools and equipment were high quality and apparently well maintained as they never caused reason for a slowdown in the work being performed. The men all worked diligently and we NEVER felt they should be working at a faster pace! They were very careful about safety and took care to prevent any property damage. Most importantly, we never felt pressured to add more than we'd originally intended to the service call and there were NO "hidden" charges when the bill was presented! We highly recommend At Your Request Landscaping and, if the need arises in the future, would definitely call them again! Thanks, guys....GREAT job!

I had a tree in my backyard that was hanging over my roof on one side and power lines on the other side. David did a great job cutting it down, neatly stacked all the wood and hauled off the brush, and did a very thorough cleanup. They worked till dark to finish the job, and even came back the next day to trim a few branches off a different tree for me. Very pleased with At Your Requst Landscaping, would definately recommend them and I will do business with them in the future.

I called for a tree to be removed that had been hit by lightening. Within a few hours they were there to give me a free estimate. They said that they could take it down that very same day. The tree was overhanging a storage building and I was worried about it falling on it. The guys showed up and took care of it with no problems. I would highly recommend them and would have no problems calling them back. They did a professional job and the price was reasonable.

At Your Request services came to my home the same day I called and gave me a reasonable estimate for a large tree take down. The tree was threating to fall on my carport and showed signs of roots lifting out of the ground. I was concerned about house damage and safety. I was able to ease my concerns knowing this would be taken care of so soon.

The day the work was to be done they came prepared and worked on that big ugly tree till it was tamed and down. They have a good variety of services available and I would use their services again.

Ryan is in charge of the tree trimming part of the company, and he is very knowledgeable about where and when to trim the trees. I will definitely use them again in the future.

He is an absolute professional at all he does from the referral process; to the co ordinations; to completing the job. It was a 100% positive experience and I feel so fortunate to have hired David to regrade our side yard; frame in an area for a big wooden playset; and then lay sod to complete the yard.
