- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Like most agencies, our pricing is determined on an estimate of the number of hours a project will take based on the scope of work that the client gives us. This can be quickly determined by a phone call or a meeting to discuss the project. It's practically impossible to give an accurate quote based on the limited information that Thumbtack provides us. There are just too many variables involved and the main thing to remember is that the companies providing these types of quick quotes based on a few questions aren't building custom work, they are using templates and not taking a consultative approach. We believe in doing the right work the first time. All the work we do is custom for our clients. This is why we are successful and why we stand out from the competition. We can turn around quotes very quickly after a simple phone call.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we bring on a new client, we have an extensive discovery process that can involve multiple departments depending on the type of work we are doing. Our processes set us apart other agencies. We've designed our onboarding process to be as smooth as possible for our clients and ensure that all teams are on the same page.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our designers are heavily involved in the American Advertising Federation which keeps them abreast of the changing market and advertising trends. Several of our team members are regular university speakers and thought leaders.
