Introduction: I am an independent trainer with B.S. in Sport Management and Minor in Health and Human Performance. I've been training for about five years and served around 3,000 training hours. I can train in a variety of different ways: boxing, muay thai, kickboxing, fat losss, toning, sports performing, muscle isolating, training, etc.
I can train individuals and also small groups. I do a very detailed system of training for athletes of any age and any sport. I can increase the overall athleticism of any athlete of any sport. There are not many areas of training that I haven't seen or implemented before so tell me what your specific goals are and I will formulate a plan.
