    I have been working out at Stayoung since September. I absolutely love it and recommend it to anyone who just wants to feel good. The atmosphere is fun and supportive. I do the group training. Marc tailor's my work outs to what works best for me. After only 6 months I am doing things I never thought I could do, but my trainer always knew I could . It's a great place to get healthy and fit. Give it a try!!!

    StaYoung Fitness has made a dramatic change in my well being. I've been training with them for 2 1/2 years now, and it's never dull or boring. I'm part of the group training, and Marc has always helped me focus on whatever the new goal is in fitness. For example, the current training is focusing on general strength and endurance, as well as rolling in training for the upcoming Frisco Sunrise Rotary Paddy Dash 5K run. I'm not a runner, nor do I pretend to be, but I want to support local charities, as well as try to beat my last year's time. When on vacation, Marc will put together a workout that I can do based on what facilities I will have available - and that may mean nothing but body weight and space, and it's always an effective workout. StaYoung is a winner - No Excuses, Just Results.

    Love this Boot Camp. The variety is great and the workouts are never boring. Marc is the best trainer I've trained with. He knows exactly how far to push you and is very encouraging. Marc genuinely cares about his client's success and it shows in the relationships he builds with them. I've been very happy with the results and recommend this Boot Camp to all my friends.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Do your research. When hiring a trainer make sure they have an educated background in the field, not some certification they attained online in an hour. And make sure you are comfortable in the training environment before committing.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. The secret to our profession is there are no secrets. There's no magical pill or exercise that will transform you overnight. True, lasting change takes a consistent positive effort to WANT to be healthier

A. We are degreed and certified personal trainers who are passionate about what we do. We take the time to figure out our clients needs and design programs to help maximize results as efficiently & effectively as possible.
