Bobby, Mayella and their staff are truly detailed professionals. They are always on time, they come well equipped and they stay as long as it takes to get the job done. We handle many high end projects in the Highland Park/NorthPark area and every time we have a project in TX, I will definitely use them again and again. I highly recommend their services. Working with Bobby and Mayella at the newly constructed CH Carolina Herrera in NorthPark Center, Dallas TX was definitely a pleasure. Not only were they ultra-attentive, they were professional, thorough, and willing to go the extra mile to meet the standards that I as the GC and the client had set. Another thing that impressed was the fact they are hands-on owners, who work in conjunction w/their staff maintaining quality control and customer satisfaction throughout their project scope. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Customers should review the providers website and check any references given to insure they receive the service they pay for. Check other search engines for reviews as well. Excellent providers will only have excellent reviews.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish people really understood how much work goes into cleaning and how important it is to the end customer to have a project that is clean and free of dust. We cover top to bottom at every project we do. We may not be the cheapest but I honestly believe we are the best!
