- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are competitively priced with the best warranties in the industry. We waive our $77 diagnostic fee for first time customers. We offer a 15% discount for customers who invest in our membership program which also includes many other important benefits and usually pays for itself on the very first service. We accept many forms of payment and have easy payment options for larger projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you connect with bluefrog Plumbing + Drain of North Dallas, we will schedule a complimentary on site appointment for our first time customers to ensure we can provide you with an accurate price that won't change. If you accept the quote, we can usually complete the job right on the spot so you can continue on with your busy day. For larger projects, we can schedule a time that's convenient for you to complete the work. You will find we generally don't quote jobs over the phone considering the hundreds of brands of products we work on, and the many types of materials that homes are constructed with. We do not want to provide an estimate by phone sight unseen, and then disappoint you when we arrive to do the work and cannot honor that price due to unforeseen circumstances, like many other plumbing companies tend to do.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When selecting a plumbing provider it's important that they're insured, licensed with the state, and registered in your city. Many plumbing projects require a permit by law, and failure to obtain one can cause future issues for homeowners, especially in the event of a real estate transaction. Also, check the warranty the provider offers- many companies will boast a manufacturer warranty but do not back it with a labor warranty.
