Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. First of all, we here at Premium Carpet agree that our business will take care of itself as long as we take care of the customer. Also, our carpet installers have been with us for many years and know the trade like the back of their hand.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Every time I go to a customers house to meet them and measure for a carpet install Im not looking to sale them carpet, Im trying to show them the best way to buy carpet. So, to answer this question I really enjoy finding out about the customers wants and needs that go through-out the house and conveying to them the options of carpet that would fit thier needs the best.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. How much is your carpet? I have a plethora amount of carpets to choose from. Our warehouse carpet will range from 1.29 a sq. ft. up to a 1.49 a sq. ft. I also have special order carpet that can be ordered that the cost will depend upon the type.
