A. Ask the service provider if they have a Food Service Manger Certficate through the state. This will insure that your food is fresh and has been handled safely.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. How to make sure that all product was made fresh and not from can or days before. Fresh fruit and vegs will tend to get dark spots if kept refigerated for more than 8hrs and meat and cheese start to loose color after 10 hrs
