Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Keep on top of changing your filter. Every time you pay your electric bill, change your filter. During the summer once a week wash your condenser coil off. Spray it from top to bottom. Get a programmable thermastat.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Why they recommend there product over another? What type of warranty? What are the benefits on doing what they recommend than another option?

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I treat my customers like family because I want them to trust me.. where they don't think twice about calling me. I'm a strong believer of what goes around comes around and the best advertisement is word of mouth.
