I got a very reasonable bid from Brad, but as it turned out, the company doing our painting project included the pressure wash with the painting so we didn’t end up hiring Brad. When I let him know, he was very gracious and even gave me some pointers to make sure the other vendor doesn’t etch the concrete. Brad was very open and communicative while we gathered bids and super friendly and helpful even though I didn’t end up using his l service. That alone speaks volumes to his professionalism and ethos. I would absolutely recommend him just based on that.

Found out on a weekend that we have some guests coming over from out of town on Wednesday and they all love our patio. Unfortunately it was in a very bad shape due to a weather and I desperately needed some help to get it cleaned. I called Dfw Pressure wash on Sunday and got a response from Brad within minutes. Brad had prior commitments but found a way to work around the schedule and showed up to my house on Wednesday to clean everything. I was really impress on how nice, professional knowledgeable these guys are (David and Brad). Job was done in a timely manner including washing outside furniture, cushions, covers etc and WOW our patio looks brand new. Wish I would’ve had taken pictures before the job was done to show the difference! I would def def recommend these guys to anyone. Thank you again David and Brad for all your hard work.

We can do all pricing through Google Maps! normally its done by square footage.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally its 15 cents a Square foot but I take a percentage off when you have more then one thing done to your house.

2 Years experience pressure washing, 4 years in construction and maintenance.
