We had some setbacks after the completion of the roof replacement for our house but Eric and his team was able to resolved the matter quickly to our satisfaction. He was always available to answer all of my questions. I will consider Blue Nail Enterprise LLC for my next large project. I would recommend BNE to my family and friends.

Eric at Blue Nail worked closely with my insurance adjuster to make sure I recieved the maximum allowed under my policy.
His crew showed up on time, finished in one day and cleaned up my yard.

I called Eric at Blue Nail after meeting with a couple of my neighbors who had Blue Nail signs in their yards while walking the dog. My house like most of my neighborhood had bad hail damage on April 15th. Eric came out photoed and marked my roof and recommended contacting my insurance company. He met the insurance adjuster when they inspected my roof. No pressure just a great job by his crews. Blue Nail took extra care to not hit any gas or a/c lines. One of the more impressive things was how well they cleaned up afterwards. No trash, nails or shingle dust to be found. I have recommended them to a couple of my neighbors who have also used Blue Nail now.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Look for an insured provider, ask for references AND CALL THEM, look for accredations from manufactuers, the BBB and NRCA. Ask questions, make sure what is to be done is on paper. Ask about warranty. If they have an office or permanent location.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. shingle wind warrranties. There is such a great advantage to having and upgraded roof. The wind ratings are so much better for laminated than strip shingles.

A. What they want in a roofing contractor. Some people are price buyers and want the cheapest, others just want to make sure the one they choose do a good job and will be around should they need them
