I have used Mr. Blanton's services and I can tell you they are second to none! The presentation of the food is outstanding, along with the service. The food it's self is the best I have ever had. I've known James for 8 years and his integrity and professionalism show through in the work he provides. I would recomend his service to anyone!!!

A. my years as a professional chef and the uniue jobs I have had and the people I have worked with over the years helped me hone my skills.

A. How much will it cost? it all depends on what kind of service you would like us to deliver.
Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. We just catered a function for a fund raiser for Battons desease where we cooked omlettes to order for 250 runners at Enchanted Rock after they ran all night! 96 miles! My crew and I stayed up prepping all night then drove100 miles and set up our buffet and cooked as the sun came up and the runners crossed the finish line! They also raised 217,000 dollars! awesome!
