Introduction: We do custom work.. sure there are welders out there, but there is a big difference between custom and being a typical welder.. There few people that know how to tear down structures piece by piece and 85% of the materials will be able to be resold or kept ..We make the money keep flowing for better business for us and the customer. We do lots and lots of remodels for banks, real estate agents and large financial institutions. We also provide a wide variety of service s to large commercial companies such as Walmart, Khols,Dollar General and many more. Getting to know the customers on a personal level.. I called Clayton Services needing help on a last minute project occurrence requiring the immediate removal of an existing masonry wall. The task was a tough one due to existing electrical and mechanical systems that could not be compromised. Clayton completely sympathized with our plight and promptly visited the jobsite, gave us a very reasonable proposal, provided required proof of insurance and mobilized the next day. The job was performed with the utmost care, safety, efficiency and professionalism. His service saved us thousands compared to other quotes we received. I really felt that Clayton's integrity that resulted in a quote that did not capitalize on a dire urgency speaks volumes and saved our customer thousands. Many thanks to Clayton Services. I was a customer with Handyman Services! I was in the process of selling my father's home and I needed some minor repairs before making the sell! At the first repair on the home's stairway I wanted a stairway to be tighten up but Jason the handyman informed me that the stairway needed to be replaced and it seemed like a bargain. Then I went to get my roof fixed with minor replacement on shingles and exhaust pipe covering. Jason gave me a high price of over $300 and they wanted more repairs done that I didn't need. So I contact Clayton Dudley who gave me a lower and reasonable price and he took care of it fast and professionally. I realize that Handyman Services will rip you off by telling you that more repairs are needed with more costs when in reality what you request to be fixed is all that is needed. I later found out from the local water company that they turned off my water because there was a leak in the home. And all it was involved a minor repair on one of the tiolets at the home which was causing the leak. Again he repaired with low and reasonable cost and he did it fast and professionally. Clayton will work hard for you, get it done fast, and will give you a price that you can afford and is reasonable! He is the best in the business! I am a U. S. Army veteran for 15 years! What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes we do. We attend seminars for contractors and check up on the latest projects to show our customers so our customers have as many options as possible.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Dont always go with the chespest route. It usually cost 4 times the amount that you paid. I would recommend someone that is insured and has been in the business.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
We have been providing a wide variety of services to the citizens of Texas and over the years we have seen a lot of shotty work from "so called contractors and handymen". True there are so great ones but they arent going to be cheap. Remember that the contractor is putting his price on his work. If the contractor knows he does bad work, then hes going to be outrageosly cheap! Then you will have to spend more time and money for someone like ourselves to come rip out the shotty work and do it correct. You can pay us once and get it done right, or pay for massive headaches!
