I provide a wide array of personal chef and catering services, such as event catering, private dinners, cooking classes, corporate lunches and more. I was trained in the art of French style of cooking and apply those techniques to all form of cooking.
With a hefty recipe book that spans many countries, my favorite food to prepare is Cajun/Creole. I also have several signature desserts that I can't stop selling if I wanted to! Coming from a long line of cooks and cooking myself since a teenager, I am dedicated to cooking as it is surpassed only by the passion to share my love of food.
