Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I work on all newer Mac equipment but computers over three years old are not serviced at Apple Stores. If your Mac is "vintage" according to Apple, You bring it to me. I can still get parts for these for either repairs or upgrades!
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. "Workin for the Man" - but in this case - that's me!

A. Can you fix my Mac? To which I reply, absolutely, I'm your man!
