A. Trainning and rehabbing.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. You should never feel like your rushed no matter how many questions you have.
Pet sitters and trainers should always take time to make sure you and your dog are treated with dignity, courtesey and respect !
Always inspect where your leaving your dog, make sure you a sign a contract to give permission in the event of an accident of what treatment your dog recieves in case after hours and pet sitter can't get intouch with you or your vet.
Make sure your pet sitter provides or you provide a back up sitter if an emergancy comes up.
Nothing compares to having great peace of mind and being prepared when I have to leave my pets with someone.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Animal abuse, neglect, and knowing what to look for.
Bottom line if the place is not clean safe or your feeling unsure...
Don't hesitate ! Get yourself and your pet outta there !
Always listen to your gut !
Saving a few bucks to come back and find your pet scared or hurt is not worth it, and cause you both trauma for a very long time.
My motto is set you and your dog up for success !
It's much harder to rehab your dogs bad experience than making sure he's in a good place to begin with.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Trainning issues, and I love to help! Also Im very flexible if they need extra days.
Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. I just adopted out a dog aggressive pit bull that I thought might not make it.
He would have been the only dog so far I've worked with that I could'nt place safely and with good conscience.
It was killing me had him for six months put blood sweat and tears into him for him to accomplish becomming a dream dog.
So many bad irresponsible or just not educated people wanted him.
I knew he would need someone special, and devoted to making him an ambassador for his breed.
The sweetest Pit bulls have the hardest time of all dogs ever getting a chance to prove this it makes them very hard to place.
I didn't know this going into it.
Just when I was about to give up hope low and behold a calm but assertive young man came forward who had been raised around Pits his whole life.
The thing that impressed me the most about this young man is even though he had way more expereince with the breed.
He asked me how I trained him not to go after other dogs and wanted to continue with the positive trainning also the poor dog had never had a home or owner of his own.
This man said he wouldn't have to share his home any more. That he would be his one and only until he died.
I just went by to see him on my second home visit to see how it was working out.
I couldn't be happier they are like two peas in a pod !
He was the hardest rehab but my favorite !
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. If they could walk a mile in my shoes trainning and rehabbing...
What would they have seen ?
How would it have changed them ?
The way I love and look at life now that I work with dogs has made me not only a better more patient person but a more spiritual as well.
I don't know of another species that works so hard and with their whole heart.
No matter how much we mess up as long as we love them and try to be better they will always forgive always trust they have hope and faith in us when we don't have any.
If dogs have taught me anything it's to strive to love like this.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. By demand lol !
Rescue always gave me the worst cases.
Since everyone knows I love dogs I was constantly being asked about them.
Would I help them etc.
Oh and my weimaraner was MARLEY lol !
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
