Jackson started his business when he found the demand for small furniture and delivery assembly, along with the lack of offering from large moving companies. He opened his small local business and started reliably serving clients with a smile, great timing, reasonable pricing and excellent care.
My most favorite and successful project is one [that] started with the city of Austin. We provide furniture to homeless veterans who are placed in apartments. They move in and don't have a stick of furniture. So what we started doing was telling our customers that we can pick up their old furniture and donate the pieces to a great cause.
The furniture is delivered to the veterans. Jackson and his team donate the pieces, their time, labor and truck. The Mayor of Austin has awarded them a civilian medal of honor. It has been Jackson's proudest endeavor.
