The lawn service was rated average because they didn't go above and beyond in their customer service. I am not referring to free service, just the work was sub par. I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday morning at 8:30, which was said to be the first appointment for the day. I had to call the guy at 9:30 to ensure he was still going to come because I had things to do and couldn't wait. He ended up coming around 10:00, and I honestly had to ask him if he even cut my backyard because the grass and weed length appeared to be untouched. Lastly, you would expect your lawn care service to take care of an ant mound (one!), but no, he went around it. Overall, he did what he said he would do (besides showing up on time), which was mow the grass and edge up. Sup par/average service in my opinion.
