- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a base rate for each service and a success fee based on results. Most of my fees come from the success fees (positive outcomes), so the better results my clients get, the better results I get for my work. It's win-win.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I provide a non-disclosure agreement, so clients can provide information under a confidentiality framework. Second, we discuss what they are looking for and what information they have available for those purposes. Third, I provide a quote. Quote has a fixed component and a success fee component (based on results). Contract is attached. Fourth, if contract is agreed upon, service is rendered. This part of the process is iterative as some questions need to be answered back and forth. Fifth, presentation is made to a set of banks/investors. This can take up to 5 visits. Sixth, funds are provided from bank/investors. Seventh, success fee payment is made. Service is completed.
