Fandango Catering and Events is a catering and event design company, specializing in delicious made-from-scratch food and beautiful event designs.
Our signature touch is local, seasonal or organic food made only by culinary-school trained chefs. The menus, food and beverage tables are designed to complement each event, inspired by the best chefs and planners of Europe and New York, with our signature organic greenery, stemware, silver, elegant linens and décor, or wonderful casual concepts for less formal occasions.
Our emphasis is on fresh food, we are Houston’s only green caterer, offering a variety of green catering options. We reject the large supplier system because it does not promote the freshest food for our events. Instead, we are sourcing locally and seasonally, buying fresh food for each event and making everything from scratch.
We take each client’s ideas or needs from concept to beautiful event, whether an intimate dinner or a large reception. The team works with every detail including our classically-trained chefs, event planning, décor and other elements.
For larger events, we coordinate with any vendors to ensure the overall look and feel, and for smaller or more casual events, we assist in planning and designing the perfect party. And our boutique client service makes each client and guest feel special.
