- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
1) Hire a professional caterer that works out of a licensed facility. 2) Visit the caterers kitchen. 3) Ask for references 4) Be flexible with menu and budget 5) Hire someone you are comfortable with and trust from the beginning, because as the pressure increases (and it does) as the event gets closer, you want to know that your professional caterer is working in your best interests.
